RESERVATION POLICIES:

You can reserve and reschedule your Class up to 10 hours before. After 10 hours you will forfeit the class if you cancel or no show. Late arrival for Classes and Coaching sessions will result in forfeiture of the missed session time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Coaching Sessions that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled time will be forfeited.

REFUND POLICY:

Presher does not give refunds for Classes and Personal Training sessions. Presher also does not give refunds on Classes and Personal Training sessions not used within the expiration period as provided in this Contract. We make every reasonable effort to provide the personal trainer of choice; however, we reserve the right to substitute another qualified trainer with no prior notice if necessary. No refunds will be given based on the termination or resignation of any employee.

Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using our mobile App and website. These terms of service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of the Presher Fitness (“Presher”, “Us”, “Our”, “We”) mobile App and website (“App”, “Website”). The App, website is designed to allow users to communicate with Presher, purchase and schedule classes with Presher, purchase and book personal training sessions with Presher.

When you access our App, Website in any way, or communicate with Presher via email, you are communicating electronically. You consent to receive communications from Presher electronically. Presher will communicate with you by email or by posting notifications on the App, Website. You understand and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that Presher provides electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or replace our terms at any time. Your continued use of the App, Website constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of service. We encourage you to review periodically. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right at any time to change or modify prices, packages, promotions at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or discontinue classes, sessions, or services at any time without notice.

You agree not to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the App, Website, Service, use of Service, access to Service, or any contact on the App, Website through which service is provided, without express written permission from us.
